By using this site or joining the waitlist, you're agreeing to the following. This is a small, informally-run project, not a registered company providing a commercial service with contractual guarantees - treat these terms accordingly.

Access

This is an invite-only hosting project. Joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee access; we reach out if and when a spot opens up.

Acceptable use

Don't use the contact form or waitlist to submit anything illegal, abusive, or intended to harm the site or other people. We reserve the right to ignore, delete, or block submissions that cross that line.

No guarantees

This site, and any hosting service that may follow from it, is provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantees, no warranties, and no service-level commitments. Don't rely on it for anything critical.

Admin accounts

Administrator accounts are for people trusted to manage this site. Admins are responsible for keeping their credentials secure. We can suspend or remove admin access at any time, for any reason.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, including from downtime, data loss, or anything else. This is a hobby project, not a commercial service with insurance or legal backing.

Changes

We can update these terms at any time by editing this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom.
